Standard Warranty Coverage
All TruSense products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
- Comprehensive Coverage: The warranty applies to all internal components and parts.
- Hassle-Free Replacement: If a part is found to be defective or faulty, it will be replaced at no additional cost.
- Product Replacement Guarantee: In the rare event that a specific replacement part is unavailable, we will offer a full replacement of the TV.
Warranty Exclusions
While we aim to cover most product concerns, the following are not included under warranty:
- Physical damages including cracks, drops, or external breakages
- Damages resulting from water or moisture ingress
- Unauthorized repairs or tampering
